Dude, these end of season sales are killin' me! I approach the mall as I would any endeavor: get in, get out, get on with my life. But those blowout summer signs sure do put an enticing spin on an otherwise routine cardio session at South Coast Plaza. Scored this jumpsuit at H&M for only $20!!! Can you belip?!?!! Even though silly me left purchasing wayyyyy more than that, go figure. My friend owns this t-shirt with my all-time favorite slogan on it: "If you can't see the sucker, the sucker is YOU!" hahahah. True dat.
Don't be fooled by the huge sign at their front facade that reads Phở Gà $3.50. Yes, the phở is indeed $3.50, but phở is not their specialty. Neither is the allure for on the fly cuisine. They sure do take their sweet, succulent time at Lua, but if time is money, then thank god the phở costs less than 4bucks 'cuz I'm holding out for the real deal Holyfield.
Something about the lazy days of summer that instantly put me in an illusory trance. I dream of dancing into fields of fresh young dandelions, first gliding my fingers over their prickly parts, then twirling about their floating feathers as if orchestrating some melodic composition.
Every visit to Marché always marks the beginning of my best days ever.
Located at South Coast Plaza's Penthouse right outside the Nordstrom wing, you can start your Fridays off with a beautiful, bright lunch and continue with an afternoon shopping spree to burn off all those French calories.
Ahhhh my favorite meal of the day. Love living on the brink of Saigon Central and South Coast Plaza...the best eats in town all within a 5 mile radius...makes moving outta suburbia that much harder...however; one day, it shall be done...mark my word!!! Mustn't live amongst all this temptation when the belly's beginning to bulge...it's summertime dammit!...But in the meantime, some haute cuisine that's currently on rotation...regardless of the diet ;P I'm such a sucker, bleh!
Warms the body, soothes the soul...makes me dream of longer days and crazy nights...
Aaaaaahhhh it's finally beginning to feel like summer 'round here :D
When I first started the blog, I had no idea which way she was gonna roll. Fashion or interiors, design or decoration...it was all the same to me. Until closer inspection this entire last season revealed tons of my personal street style that was neither here nor there, rather relying on frivolous rants and my daily raves. Sooooooooooooo, here's the new deal peeps...every post this month will feature a little bit of both...after all, style is style no matter what the medium, right??!
