Sometimes a gal just wants to dress up in frills and thrills without obvious feminine traces of ruffles and lace. But sometimes the combination slaps you in the face with such haute-worthy design elements; you can’t help but melt at the sight of a gorgeously crafted garment that was really MADE for your petite body type.
Such was the case when I thrifted this amazing silk-chiffon number from my local Crossroads and immediately fell in love with the good-girl-gone bad aura of cascading tiers in the most fabulous digital lace print. This bold party frock captures the essence of what my style’s really all about…a little rock n’ roll, a bit of boho-glam, but mostly modern, romantic, and wattyaknow overtly girly-girl. Eh, can’t say I didn’t try, right? ;D
