Sometimes you just have to let the food speak for itself…

Smoked steelhead roe with maple cream and pumpernickel
Today's oysters on a half shell with condiments
Hamachi with galbi vinaigrette and pink lady apple
Uni with burrata, button mushroom, and yuzu
Chips and dip: Pimento cheese and potato chips
Curly kale with caesar dressing, walnuts and parmesan
Amberjack sashimi with serrano, fish sauce vinaigrette, and herbs
Lobster roll celery with lemon aioli
Shrimp toast sandwich with herbs and sriracha mayo
King mackerel, middle eastern spices, and dill
Linquine and clams, uni aglio-olio, chili, and breadcrumbs
Skate wing, baby broccoli, mascarpone, pancetta vinaigrette
Grouper, pho fumet, herbs, lime, and bok choy
Fried chicken sandwich, spicy B&B pickle slaw, and rooster aioli


I typically don’t do repeats in LA since there is literally too much to do/see/touch/smell/eat and experience in the city. Unless the establishment is one bonafide feast where after 14 plates served I’m still hungry for more, and that's not even my stomach talking!
