Although we didn’t get to sample much off this modern Spanish-inspired tapas menu, it was enough for me to know I’m definitely coming back.
   Montadito de Costilla shortrib crudo & marmalade, sweet onion, toast (above)
Next time with my 10+ chicas in tow so we really know what Pueblo’s all about…

But hoping these plates are enough to whet those voracious appetites…
