Thailand Photo Diary | One Night in Bangkok

Tuesday, October 27, 2015

After spending 5 glorious days in Taipei, Taiwan we met up with the second wave of our party posse in Bangkok, Thailand where the REAL fun began…

Posh digs at the Dream Hotel Bangkok… large rooms, comfy beds, hip hotel bar (our regular meeting spot), all for a super affordable price of less than $100USD per night.

 Where to STAY:

10 Sukhumvit Soi 15, Sukhumvit 15 Alley, Klongtoey Nua, Wattana

Bangkok 10110, Thailand

Our first night in Bangkok was spent hightailing it from bar to bar, starting off at Above Eleven’s rooftop spot on the 33rd floor of the Fraser Suites Sukhumvit in Soi 11

Up a short flight of ivy-clad tunnel steps and out to Gramercy Park bar with unobstructed views of Bangkok’s impressive city skyline

To Royal City Avenue’s (RCA) pulsating club row where we eventually ended up gyrating to the phat beats of Emma Hewitt’s live vocal trance concert (best known for “Waiting” with Dash Berlin) followed by their resident DJs spinning EDM tunes ‘til the wee hours of the morn…

After dancing for what seemed like hours on end we were rightfully famished and stumbled upon a random Mom and Pop street-side restaurant where more chaos ensued…

25 of our closest friends celebrating life, LOVE, and the pursuit of happiness!

A milestone 40th birthday, a 15-year wedding anniversary, mine and le fiancé’s joint (PRE) bachelor/bachelorette bash, we are TRULY blessed to be able to afford the luxuries of traveling the world with our favorites and our best.  To say this was the start of our DREAM vacation is a true understatement guys!

And we’re only halfway there….

Join me all week for a Taste of Thailand
From Bangkok’s city nightlife to Koh Samui’s island life and errthang in-between…
Stay tuned my loves and thank you for reading!
