It’s that time of year again guys!  Our 5th Annual Chef’s Bet Dinner Party is upon us!!

I had the pleasure of hosting our private dinner this year at Casa BuiKhuu. Decked the entire home out with a black tie formal garden masquerade theme and I gotta admit, it turned out even more incredible than I had initially envisioned!

The Deets

I cleared out the entire backyard to host this seated dinner party for 20, enveloping guests with tons of lush foliage and romantic candlelight to set the ambiance.  I typically start with a bold color palette, in this case red with gold and lavender accents to match my gown, obvi lol. Of course every great hostess knows no detail should be left unattended so I layered in my favorite mixed metals, tons of little votives, et Voilá! We’ve got ourselves a party y’all…Complete with a courtyard lounge area for pre-dinner cocktails and photo ops…If you know my posse, these lovelies be striking a pose no matter what the setting, so I better make every corner opportune or I would have failed at my hostess duties! Hahah

  1. I must say BRAVO. I love the table setup and all the small details on the the table and around. It looks incredible, Julie. I wish I had the space to arrange a party like that. Where did you get your large or main course plates from? I love them. I have wanted something similar for a long time. Looking forward to hear. kisses
